The heat in the month of May is an added factor to the hectic pace of activities at Open Spaces. This is the time for all clients to go through their Performance Management Reviews and skills for goal setting, feedback counselling, are always in high demand in the season. As usual, the bell-curve needs to be explained and understood to build a feeling of being a ‘system holder’ and not just a recipient of the PMS. This month we saw four cycles of Skill Shastra program for clients to enable this learning. Great to see not just superficial happy faces, but deeper awareness of the contribution to the client culture and process!
