I have often wondered why HR professionals invest so heavily in building the organization culture, but often choose to neglect their own function. It is a deeper conviction about the ways of building HR processes and internal capability, that caused us to create HR-Class as a process of assessing and awarding best practices in HR Excellence in the first place.
