Open Spaces is partnering with NHRD Network Mumbai, to deliver HR Class, a business excellence model for the HR profession. In the first phase, companies will undergo an assessment based on a checklist submitted by them, and a presentation and discussion with a panel of assessors. Shortlisted companies will proceed to the second phase which involves a full three day assessment with a panel of three assessors. Results will be announced at an HR Class Convention in March 2014.
